Vira9rMdarprMntdasspoicntytfM caller and arc not ncMarty thoa otho lompoc Record, tor tha Record appears Sunday: Tuesday! and Thursday. ir i 111 This Is In response to the hateful person who attacked Vandenberg Village residents. If the folks up In the village did not unite against the pipeline Nazis, your neighborhood might be the next one to be destroyed. I'm calling about the school lunches. I don't know why everyone keeps complaining.

I've eaten the lunches for four years and they tasted Justflne. Besides, the people who prepare them go to a lot of trouble to prepare these nutritious lunches. No, a teacher cannot serve as acting principal and teach and do a factory job of either teaching or serving as an administrator at El Camino or any other school. Teaching when done well, is a full time Job. A teacher should never have agreed to do both Jobs'." I would Just like to comment I was recently riding through the alleyway between Moore's and the other stores and I noticed a whole bunch of new murals that were absolutely exciting.

We have had a lot of people stop by our nursery and ask us for. maps to the murals and we have those maps to hand out and its a part of Lompoc that Is getting better and better known. I think we should continue this tradition. My husband and I Just want to say that we are very, very happy to be citizens of Lompoc because we are so proud to have the Mural Society doing the things that they are doing. We weren't able to make Brushes and Blues this last time because we were out of town, but I understand there was a fantastic crowd there.

We enjoy seeing all the murals throughout the city. We are very proud to live here. Thanks very much. I was just reading For The Record on Sunday and I would like to comment to the person who was saying that Vandenberg Village people are bad because they oppose the pipeline through their neighborhood and also because they got the baseball field. Td Just like to say to that person: Money bilks.

BS walks. I'm tired of reading cveryda about people writing about the school hoard cutting out the music class because of the budget. Well, they have a budget and they have got to keep to it. If the people want the class so badly, why don't the parents pay for it. It's an elective, they should pay for it if they want their kids to have itr Some things are more important, like reading and writing, than just music.

OCEAN LOMPOC Bowout Sale The point is that when my ancestors moved to America, they attended school period. It was up to them to make in the classroom. The extra time and money now spent on bilingual education was then used for art, music, field trips, etc. One by one, they are being taken away. There Is never any discussion about cutting funds for bilingual education.

Yes, this Is important to some, but what about the rest of the kids whose parents have lived and paid taxes here for years? It is about time that somebody brought up the subject of signs and ordl-; nances. If you have one on your vehicle, you will have to remove It, even if It is parked at your place of business. Elrearms are used for many sporting purposes including protecting our families. If you want to keep America safe, keep violent criminals where they belong prison then maybe sq many people won't feel the need to ovn firearms. The one biggest reason he left out Is self-protection.
